All of the bedrooms have private en-suite facilities together with added luxuries of remote colour teletext television, tea making facilities and direct dial telephones.  There is also a fax & e-mail service.



A four poster bedroom is available for honeymoons or a special occasion.

Tariff 2008
Bed, Breakfast & Evening Meal ( inc. VAT @ 17.5% )

Deduct £8 pp pn for Bed & Breakfast only.
All inclusive holidays are based on minimum 2 adults.
There is a £3 pp pn supplement for rooms with a sea view,
and a £6 pp pn supplement for rooms with a sea view and
a balcony or on the ground floor, south facing with doors to the patio.

Children sharing adults’ room are charged at
1/2 rate aged 3 to 11 years and 2/3rds rate aged 12 years and over.
We regret that we are unable to accept children under the age of 3 years.

Ferry prices are from Southampton to Cowes. Other routes carry a £10 per car supplement.
There will be a £15 per car supplement:
From the mainland on 20^th & 21^st March, 23^rd & 24^th May, 12^th & 13^th June,
all Saturdays from 19^th July to 30^th August and also 5^th September
From the island on 24^th March, 26^th May, 16^th June,
all Saturdays from 19^th July to 30^th August and also 8^th September.
A non refundable deposit of £75 pp is required to secure the booking.
Unfortunately no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
We regret that we do not accept pets. Please note that we do not have a lift.
10% S.C. discount on ferry exclusive prices during
March, April, October & November excluding Bank holidays.
